If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price.

  2. Return the Product: Package the item securely and mail it to the address provided below. Please note that for your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Evaluation: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to complete the evaluation process.

  4. Receive Your Refund: Once approved, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product to your original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping Policy

At Gold Barrel, we want to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently so you and your horses can get back to what matters most. We take great care in packaging every order to ensure leak-proof protection and privacy.

Standard Shipping

We ship directly from the United States to all locations within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and Canada.

  • Carriers: We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide you with the most reliable service.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to fulfill your order and transport it to the carrier. During holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 10 days.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that it can sometimes take a few days for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.

  • Important: We only ship on business days (Monday–Friday) and do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. We are unable to change your shipping address once an order has been submitted, so please double-check your details at checkout.
